Welcome to my haunted manor. The stories this house could tell; it could star in its own Netflix series. Built by a shipping magnate in the 20s whose daughter married into the Rockefeller Family, it then sold to the International Garments Ladies Workers Union where it was a lodge. After them, it became a place of Civil Rights when it was purchased by the NAACP in the 60s. When I found Her, she was in a state of disrepair, covered in vines, and detritus. Over the past 4 years, I having lovingly restored Her to an Art Dec, Art Nouveau, Victorian oasis to embody the period from whence She came. It is a very special, beautiful, haunted, mysterious and magical estate. 7 rennovated bedrooms. 8 rennovated bathrooms. 10 fireplaces. 20 acres. Magnificent river views. Pool area. Pergola. In the process of building an English garden. One hour from the city. It is perhaps one of the most magnificent homes in all of New York, and has been seen by very few.
