About the Space
This Beautiful space in the heart of Seattles SODO district is perfect for photo and video shoots, podcasts, and to hold private events or meetings. There is three stories of usable space including a recording studio on the bottom floor and a very open layout on the upper two levels. We provide easy access to our in house sound system and projectors with easy casting from phones or laptops for you event or meeting also including wireless mics, DMX and smart lighting for easy product or company customization. WIFI We also have a small kitchen with a stove top (no oven). There is a very professional loading dock inside the building (and out of the rain). We also have small hand trucks to help with smaller loads. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing space. I hosted a New Year's Eve party for 100 guests and everyone's top compliment was the venue. Zech was very responsive and generous with his time in letting me come visit the space prior to booking and also just very flexible when it came to our needs for the event. The media/sound package was such a plus, since we hired a DJ. Everything was plug and play - so easy. You will want to include this for your event if there will be music. The location is also fantastic, really. Completely non-descript building and in an industrial area of the city so our loud music wasn't disturbing anyone. The loading area for the building could not be easier - you could practically back up INTO the venue if needed. This was a plus since unloading/reloading event supplies can be one of the most challenging/time consuming parts of event hosting. I need to find some excuses to host more events at this venue because it was fantastic!

Had such a blast renting this place for a birthday party!! Zechariah was so responsive and ever so kind during the whole process. We used the stage area for an open mic for all kinds of performances (dance, drag, music, karaoke), microphones, and projector to project slides of pictures of me lol. I definitely would recommend this cool space that I got *so* many compliments on! Worth the investment!!

Hosted a 40th birthday party with 70+ guests, a breakdancing performance, and dancing until the early morning. This space is amazing. Lights were fantastic. Sound system hits hard. Guests were blown away. I can't imagine why I'd ever host an event anywhere else. Zechariah was extremely accommodating at every stage, and most importantly for our event, allowed us free reign on how we used the venue. I can't recommend Zechariah and this space enough.
