This space was perfect for what we needed. It was just the right size for a 6 person video shoot. It was clean and in a great location. I also loved that there was place for seamless backdrops. We brought in our own and were able to switch out the colors easily. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The street parking was pretty easy (especially if you arrive early in the morning), we just had to set reminders to refill the parking meters every 2 hours. One thing to note: there is a hair salon right next door that plays music pretty loudly, but luckily it wasn't too noticeable in any of our videos. Just something to consider if you're looking to film video with sound. We will definitely book this space again and highly recommend it!

We booked last minute and everything was clean and as described. Great experience and I would be happy to use the space again. We shot video -- 95% quiet, there was an occasional siren or horn from the street but very usable as a space for video.

This place was so great! Super bright and had everything we needed. We were shooting youtube videos and the set up was perfect for it. The green screens, work and getting ready areas were definitely a perk to have. Will definitely book again.
