About the Space

We have poured a lot of love into our little oasis. We have hosted many parties and photoshoots here. Some features include: - spacious kitchen with beautiful appliances and details - large back covered deck with outdoor entertaining area - big backyard with sauna + tub - back house office along with another deck - can be used as dressing or production - lots of natural light throughout the day This house is 1000 sq ft living quarters on a 5000 sq ft property. There is a 2-car driveway and plenty of street parking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors

Lovely space and very quiet inside. Perfect for our interview. Hosts were great as well!

Yes, I would book again.

We had a great time in the space. Space is very aesthetically pleasing and needs little to no further decoration. Hosts were available and very informative. I felt very comfortable that we would pull off an awesome event and we did.
