• Renters must check in and check out with Studio Employee before and after all bookings. • All ages are allowed in the studio. • No Pets without Consent • No pornography of any kind. • No loitering in the exterior parking lot. • No guns or weapons allowed on the property. • Furniture may be moved • Renters are at their own risk of injury. • Smoking is NOT allowed in the Studio. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $150 fee. • Any and all damages found after the scheduled booking are the responsibility of the person/persons who have rented the space. • No fire or pyrotechnics allowed without a permit or have a fire marshall present. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. • No fake blood, squibs, or smoke bombs will be allowed in the studio. Failure to comply will incur a non-negotiable $250 fee. • Our studio is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged items during the booking. • Any property damage done to the studio will be charged to the renter(s) credit card on file for the original booking. • Any props/property belonging to our Studio that gets lost or damaged during a booking is the responsibility of the renter(s) and will be charged at full cost to the renter(s) credit card on file for the original booking. • Renters are at their own risk of injury. • Renter/Client is only able to occupy the studio space with five (5) people per booking unless with prior consent. • Our Space is inspected before and after all bookings to ensure a clean, sanitized and usable space. • We are not liable or hold responsibility for any medical injuries occurred during the booking, nor the extension of the harm after the booking has concluded. • Any additional time that is approved during the booking will be billed at check out.

For Productions larger than 6 people please get outside production insurance.
