About the Space
We are located across from Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park on Lake Washington Blvd. Our quaint Wellness Boutique houses: • a reception area with seating and cubbies for shoes • a 600sf yoga studio • a dressing room • 2 ADA bathrooms This space is ideal for yoga, fitness & dance photo/video shoots or workshops. If using the space for workshops, there is a 6 person maximum allowed in the studio. The studio space has nearly floor to ceiling west facing windows, so when the sun is setting, the space is bright. There are all yoga props available (mats, blankets, bolsters, straps, blocks), as well as some pilates props (including 6 folding chairs). A stereo is available for music, but please be aware that there are massages and acupuncture appointments going on during the day, so music needs to be kept to a reasonable volume.

Parking description
There is a parking lot behind the studio. Enter on the south side of the building (between the studio and the Hampton Inn). If in need of a handicap space, there is one available just as you turn into the parking lot on the left. All others, proceed to the back and park at the top of the hill wherever there is a space available. Walk down to the north side (the opposite side of where you drove in from) of the building where there is a staircase leading down to the studio.

Lighting description
The windows are West facing and get natural sunlight as the sun is setting. There are sheer curtains that do filter some of the light if needed.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is generally quiet as our only neighbor is an insurance office and we don't hear anything through the adjoining wall. There is, however, traffic noise since we are on Lake Washington Blvd. There is also occasional noise from water rushing through the pipes.

Equipment loading description
For loading and unloading, there is a parking space next to the entrance to the studio (you must park in the back after unloading). We are on ground level, so you can bring your equipment in through the front door.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The only space that can be used for shooting is the studio space.
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

General Rules
• Masks are required to be worn by all who are in the space unless eating or drinking. Any guest not actively being filmed/photographed must wear a mask.
• If the space is being booked for workshops, everyone must present a vaccine card or a valid PCR test (not a take-at-home test) taken within 72 hours of the event.
• If you have a fever or cough, you will not be allowed in the building.
• Please take care of our space and be mindful that there are massage and acupuncture clients being treated outside of the studio space.
• Outside food and drink only allowed in reception area and require site manager approval.
• No alcohol allowed
• We adhere to Peerspace cancellation and refund policy and community guidelines
• Nothing that can penetrate the wall should be used (e.g.: nails. staples, etc.) If using tape or anything with a gummed backing, please properly removed without removing paint or damaging the wall.
• Any damages to the studio space or anything for use in the studio will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything in the studio can be moved as long as it is put back in place to how it was found before leaving.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are two security cameras in the studio; one overlooking the front desk and reception area and the other facing the studio and hallway. They are video only. The are always kept on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The entire studio is sanitized daily and in between classes and bookings per COVID guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
