All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have a 5,000 square foot indoor venue that accommodates 300 guests and a spacious 2 and a half acres facing the shores of Clear Lake. Our venue is the perfect waterfront location to host a variety of events. Complete with a patio, fully stocked outdoor bar and a spectacular view we can accommodate you and your guests for any special occasion. General Rules
- There will be camera surveillance inside and outside, so please be aware.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
- Tables, chairs, and linen will be set up by the venue staff before your event.
- A venue manager will be on-site during your event to monitor ONLY
- Outside catering is allowed however, there is no kitchen on-site.
- Catering room/prep area will be available during the event
- All alcohol must be provided through us (NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE)
