This 500 sq foot photography studio is in the heart of adorable Haydenville Center set just outside Northampton, MA. It is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful historical building. There is a loading dock, and freight elevator available from the backside of the building. The studio is great for small-to-medium scale photoshoots. The shooting floor is roughly 550 SQ FT, with client seating, makeup, and changing area. Renters will have access to a number of amenities including: -Four 10' mounted canvas backdrops (including white, grey, black, and green seamless) -2 Flex Cine Lights (Wescott) and stands -2 Godox TL30-K2 RGB Tube Light -Minifridge, Keurig Coffee Make, tea kettle, and water jugs. -2 tall windows, each with blackout curtains -Heat -2 chairs, 2 stools, small end table -Makeup station with lighted mirror -Small dressing room -One reflector -No other props are included -One restroom with key for both genders on the 2nd floor, and one of each on the 1st floor. Restrooms are not to be used as a dressing area. Please take the time to read the description and rules before messaging/requesting to book. Permitted usage: -Small to medium-size product, portrait, fashion, and headshot photoshoots -Documentary or interview video shoots -Small meetings or conferences -Yoga, posing, or meditation workshops -Lessons, classes, product demos -Makeup trials or other one-on-one meetings ABSOLUTELY NO MUSIC VIDEOS ABSOLUTELY NO DANCE VIDEOS NO SHOOTS WITH LOAD-INS BIGGER THAN A CARGO VAN NO PARTIES NO EVENTS Inquiries for bookings with greater than three people MUST provide a professional portfolio/body of work/website or booking will not be permitted, no exceptions. The person being paid MUST book the space; i.e. models cannot book for their photographers. There are security cameras in the studio, we will be checking them periodically to ensure rules are being followed and occupancy is within proper limits. Any violation of these rules and/or limits will result in immediate expulsion from the studio with no refund. BE AWARE: -The space is not guaranteed to be 100% private. It is shared with my team, who may or may not be present during your rental in the private office space. While the room in which they work is separate from the office, they will need to walk through the main entrance to access the space. The office space is not available for use. The noise level is generally quiet in the building, however, I cannot guarantee that you won't hear any noise. IF ABSOLUTE PRIVACY IS REQUIRED FOR A SHOOT: Please let me know in your inquiry and then you may reserve it for the entirety of your booking for an additional $10 per hour. The cleaning fee is minimal ($25), as production usage generally does not require a heavy clean-up of the studio. You may leave trash in the trash can; otherwise, everything else must be reset to the state in which it was found. A map and reference images will be available in the studio. Failure to reset the room will result in a $75 resetting fee. REGARDING COVID-19 -The number of people allowed in the space has been capped at 5 for the time being. For everyone's safety and to curb the spread of this disease, please do not exceed this number. We will absolutely be checking the security camera to count attendance; numbers over five will be contacted and charged immediate overtime. -Due to the low-contact nature of most photography, the space will not be clinically sanitized after each use, however, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, and wipes will be used after each use. -Stay safe and healthy! $50/hr for Monday-Friday, 6AM-11PM $75/hr for Saturday and Sunday from 6AM-11PM
