About the Space
Spacious farmhouse - bright with 30ft ceilings & modern interior. Large yard with on private plot with ample parking & easy access for larger trucks. Actual space might be slightly different than the pictures. If you have a particular need, please request more pictures. Happy to facetime and show you the space if that will help make your decision. Note: Indoor space cannot accommodate a large crowd. This listing is for outdoor space use. Ask for videos of the space if you are interested. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was lovely and worked well for our Board Retreat. Directions were good, parking was easy and suitable for our group, and the main living space worked well for our day-long strategic retreat. We did not know a family member would be onsite during part of the event, but it helped us as we needed assistance to set up the laptop presentation to be shared on the television. Our discussion, although private for a nonprofit, was not hindered but it might present a problem for anyone discussing sensitive or confidential information (financial, medical, etc).

We used just the outdoor space. Owner was a great communicator and very flexible. Outdoor space had a large variety of settings so our photos had a lot of variety. The yard is encircled by quite a few pines so helpful to have a nonseasonal look as well as not be extremely new england specific which was important to us. The detached garage has beautiful doors that worked well. Lots of pretty rock walls around. And sections that were wooded with leafed trees so got that too. There's a pretty vegetable garden section, but we were there in later fall so it was finished. Would be really pretty in season.

The space is large, open and an abundance of natural light. The host was super accommodating, thoughtful and understanding of our needs. The home was quiet of any noise, temperature as requested and zero clutter. The post and beams with light fixtures, fireplace and the kitchen are amazing. We chose to use the kitchen in the background with a support beam and plants. In the video it doesn’t look like a kitchen rather it brings out beautiful coloring! Highly recommend.
