About the Space
The office is a private furnished psychotherapy office, with a separate waiting room, a foyer/entrance area, and a square main office (250 square feet) with large windows, providing sunlight and views of Beverly Drive and Century City. The space is furnished comfortably and attractively. Great for small living room or therapy office scenes, or a small office. The office was very nice and very cozy. Small, for sure, but I had a very small crew so it worked out just fine. Matthew was very friendly and helpful, and his dog was adorable and sweet.

Not recommended to use the space on weekends, i have booked the space for a shoot on a Saturday and the AC was off the whole day as it is programmed to Turn off on weekends, this information was not disclosed upon booking , called the host and did nothing space is so tight no fans available, we had to continue the shoot as scheduled in a very warm unhealthy temperature. Not recommend to use this space at all.
