COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

• Routinely cleaning and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces in the shop, such as chairs, countertops, and doorknobs. • Providing disposable disinfectant wipes so that commonly used surfaces such as doorknobs can be wiped down before each use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Welcome to Addie Rose Boutique! We are a contemporary boutique located off Far West Blvd. here in Austin, TX... away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin, we are located in NW Hills. This venue is a unique space that could be used for private parties, book signings, influencer events, social gatherings for schools or friends, film space, or could be combined during the day with other pop-up events. There is ample parking out front and out back, high-speed internet, a wine fridge, and a large private bathroom. Designed to have an Anthropologie-like feel, your guest are sure to have a welcoming experience.

General Rules

No smoking is allowed in the building or on the premises. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are located on the premises in plain and visible locations. Cameras and will be recording during any events due to the amount of inventory in the shop.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
