ALL set up and wrap up time have to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance. The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained. Before you leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props back to it’s original place. Don’t leave any food, place all trash in trash cans. In order to keep the price low, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance, but it means we rely on guests doing their part. A cleaning fee of ($50) will be charged if studio is left unclean and disorganized. Overtime has to be requested and will be charged at $90/ hr. No smoking / If smoking in studio you will be charged a $200 smoking fee (weed, cigarettes) No loitering in or outside of building No loud music but music is ok NO PETS

Furniture can be removed but must be placed back in its original place
