About the Space

Space includes a 14' W x 15' D x 13' H double-sided cyc wall. 5 roll backdrop system sits above one side of the cyc. Space is 25' deep by 16' Wide. An overhead door with full windows is on the south end of the studio. Overhead door windows indows can be blacked out. The overhead door can be raised to allow longer shoot space. Exterior retractable screen subdues natural light and allows overhead to be raised while keeping bugs out in the cooler months.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

Awesome space in a very nice, private and gated complex. The space was perfect for commercial work. Christopher is a professional and has everything you need on-site to create the perfect scene... also an obvious deep knowledge of his craft. Thankful that this space is available, and for Christopher's knowledge and kindness!
