About The XR Space

Our studio is a 500 square foot space that allows you to do a number of projects. With a 12ft back drop and a separate 9ft backdrop the possibilities are endless. Sky panels provided in the space with two sky panels on a ceiling rail track system for video use. Two Strobe lights for Photography Projects and other light tools are available for rent as well. More space is available for rent like a meeting room or common area!

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

What have a set of seven fixed sky panels to illuminate the entire space. Two sky panels on a Ceiling rail tracking system and a simple room light available.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

It is the most subtle noise when it comes from our neighboring office but you can also slightly hear the AC unit if you are using a lower quality Mic.

Equipment loading description

There is no designated loading zone but the size street can be used as such. The entrance is the back entrance of the building and the front entrance. Loading trucks will need to be moved once the loading is complete.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have over 9 outlets in the space and the circuit breaking is very noticeable in the room and easily accessible.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building (License and restrictions apply) - No Alcohol in Studio Space (License and restrictions apply) - No Aggressive or Violent behavior (Will be asked to leave immediately) - Must arrive 15 minutes earlier than reserved time - Leave Space as found or subject to cleaning charge

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring Security Cameras are installed on the outside and inside of the establishment.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We ask that you maintain and leave the space as found. General cleaning will be provided after each use. If the space is left unclean and in worse condition than provided, client is subject to cleaning fee.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
