About the Space
The space has a small indoor gym studio with a dual cable pulley and squat rack, perfect for functional personal training sessions primarily with 1-1 clients. Activities that work particularly well on the rooftop space are functional fitness/dance/yoga classes, workshops, and photo/video shoots. The space has great back drops which make for a variety of settings for video/photoshoots.

General Rules
No smoking, no drinking alcohol on site, outside catering is allowed, maximum of 30 individuals on site at any times, no activities that involve slamming on the ground/dropping heavy weight, all equipment to be placed in original place once used, all individuals are liable for their own health and safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
