About the Space

Spacious house with an office space and tons of natural lightening great for photography. Dark hardwood floors allow for great contrast with the white walls. The spacious kitchen area has subway tile back splash giving a modern look. The living room area is great for network marketing events to host and plan with a 65 inch mounted television.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

The host Antonio was great and place was amazing we had everything we needed and Antonio’s communication was excellent if I ever need to have event in the future i be sure to get Antonio’s business again in the future, thank you for everything!!!!!

Antonio was a really good host. Our event was very last minute and Antonio was super accommodating with us. He made sure to ask what we needed and worked around our schedule in order to have a successful event. Would definitely book again.
