About the Space
*** New update we added a 20x40 patio gazebo -see pictures. Big open backyard approximately 6,482 SQ ft lot with a kid's playground and artificial grass. Lots of chairs ( 68 foldable chairs ) and 7 long tables and 1 small desert table. 2 kid's tables with 18 kid's chairs, speaker, and 2 ice coolers are available to use free of charge. Great place to host a birthday party , baby shower, wedding, funeral reception, or any get together. I have 2 beer pong tables, 2 propane outdoor heaters, 1 propane fire pit table, golf net , and 6 chaffing dishes you can rent for an additional charge. I also have outdoor lights and tv projector you can use for outdoor movie theater -no charge and balloon arch kit and balloon electric pump no charge. You are welcome to use my kid's outside toys, bike, scooter, electric car etc.

This Big Backyard Outdoor Party Space was amazing. It was my first booking with PeerSpace, and it exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to contact the host and her husband before, during, and after the event. I hosted my 28th birthday party here with a group of about 40 family members and friends. All of the add-ons were extremely useful and the space was set-up beautifully for me to set-up my Tropical Themed birthday party. 100% would recommend this venue and 100% would book again. I had a cultural event with about 40 people in each hour for about 4 hours and Angie’s backyard was an exceptional place for it. The play structure was a hit with the kids and parents. The vibe for the whole evening was cozy and comfortable. The nightlight the host had strung up around the backyard and under the canopy was a very nice touch to add to the atmosphere. Angie and her husband did their best to accommodate us!
