The office

- No smoking is allowed in building. - Pets are not allowed in the building. No Exceptions. - You are allowed 4 back drops per reservation. Any additional backdrop request are subject to a $15.00 fee per change. - All music played must be kept to a reasonable volume. - No loitering is allowed outside the property. - Children are to be supervised at all times in the studio. Our staff is not responsible for your child(ren). - A maximum of 10 guest are allowed at each session unless being rented for an event. - Food and drinks are not allowed during production bookings. - All furniture must be returned back to its original position upon departure. - No one is allowed in the studio area until the renter is present. - Weapons are not permitted for use in the building and may not be used during photo sessions. - The maximum occupancy for events is 40 guests for. - All large trash i.e balloons, streamers, props brought in by guests must be disposed in the dumpster outside the studio. - Absolutely no glitter or confetti will be allowed. - Guests who do not follow the rules will be asked to vacate the building and forfeit their payment.

Furniture must be placed back to where it was originally.
