About the Space
Located in the historic Kress Building, it features 7+ creative labs in the heart of Downtown Orlando. These labs are fully equipped with quality audio and video gear to help you tell your stories via podcasting, photography, and video production. A full-service production crew and postproduction are available at an additional cost. Please Note: This listing is for using One (1) Lab. Once you book, our team will be in contact to coordinate which space you would like to use. Please message us if you need to book multiple labs or for weekend/after-hours shoots. We are happy to accommodate you!

A licensed professional cleaner is hired daily. The space and shared gear are cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
