Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All high touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant cleanser to reduce risks.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is great for a variety of shoots and creation of content. The Boudoir area is upstairs with a king sized bed, shower with glass door and soaking tub. Downstairs has a couple of shooting areas with furniture. The garage can be used for portraits as can a couple areas inside if the furniture is moved.

Parking description

2 cars can fit in the driveway. The on street parking is fairly substantial.

General Rules

Smoking is allowed in the back yard. In the garage so long as modifiers are not deployed. We try to keep the noise outside to a minimum in respect for the neighbors. Please make sure trash is put in the proper trash cans.
