About the Space
The Gatsby Penthouse is a 1930's Art Deco stunner. Its one of St. Louis most notable penthouses and has been in numerous publications for its design, views, and its level of luxury that is unmatched in the city. Taking up over 4,000sqft in one of the tallest residential points in the city its 360 degree views have no obstructions since its the tallest building in its area. The grand original terrazzo staircase with gold shell details, black master bedroom with metallic gold ceilings and crystal chandeliers every part of the penthouse exudes style and a time of glamour that we no longer get to experience.

Parking description
We have an attached garage with two reserved parking spaces and then a lower level of the garage which is sometimes open to offer additional parking. Metered street parking is also available.
General Rules
The Gatsby Penthouse is also our personal home. While it gets rented for private events and short term rentals often we still keep our " lives" here. We ask that crew treat it with respect and take excellent care of the space while its with them.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras on our lobby on 21, inside the unit on the grand staircase, and one in the attic staircase. None are in the living areas, terraces, or rooftop.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have stringent cleaning standards and have had no covid cases traced back to our spaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
