About the Space

Built in 1886, this Victorian Manor is beautifully up to date and offers endless opportunities for production. Great for photo shoots, weddings, hosting intimate events and holidays, as well as filming for a wide range of themes. There are two main levels, plus a very open attic space. The main floor offers a gorgeous entrance and staircase, as well as two grand sitting rooms, a lovely formal dining room. There is a kitchen, sitting room and powder room towards the rear of the home. Outside, the corner lot is very well manicured and the wrap around deck is a stunning feature. The second floor has five rooms and two full bathrooms. The homes' original woodwork is stunning and adds amazing character to the home. The attic is a very unique and open space. It is unfinished but offers amazing opportunities for production.
