We offer a gorgeous, massive corner unit flooded with light from southwest-facing windows which illuminate several tropical plants like banana leaf, dark cardinal, and alocasia. Hardwood floors and exposed brick provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our spacious loft accommodates up to 35 attendees, making it perfectly suited for an array of events, including: - Engaging job fairs and career expos - Chic cocktail parties or company gatherings - Unforgettable weddings or intimate luncheons - Diverse fitness events like yoga or dance workshops - Joyous baby showers or wellness retreats - Exciting product release parties or showcases - Charitable fundraising events Elevator access with no stairs whatsoever. Private bathroom in the studio along with climate control and buzzer system. Access to a conference room and kitchen are available for an additional flat fee. We offer excellent customer service to make your productions and events run smoothly. We have one conference table and four chairs that come with any booking. You may RENT up to 7 folding tables and 40 folding chairs via the add-ons section, as well as white tablecloths. We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up. Our space is situated just a five-minute walk from the Morgan stop on the L train and thus close to many restaurants, bars and shops in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick area like Roberta's.
