About the Space
Welcome to our plant paradise! We offer a gorgeous, massive corner unit flooded with light from southwest-facing windows which illuminate over a dozen plants, including palm trees and tropicals like banana leaf, dark cardinal, alocasia, dracaena, and many more, including hanging plants on our walls. Hardwood floors and exposed brick provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. We have one conference table and four chairs that come with any booking. You may RENT up to 7 folding tables and 40 folding chairs via the add-ons section; you are not allowed to rent them from an outside vendor. Elevator access with no stairs whatsoever. Private bathroom in the studio along with climate control and buzzer system. Access to a conference room and kitchen are available for an additional fee per hour. We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up, each an hour. We're happy to help you with both to expedite the process. Our space is situated just a five-minute walk from the Morgan stop on the L train and thus close to many restaurants, bars and shops in the East Williamsburg/Bushwick area like Roberta's.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space is great...lots of space, light, and options of angles for interviews. We filmed during the week and NYC traffic noise did become apparent in the afternoon as well some hallway/elevator noises but overall worked well for our purposes. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating.
