Bi weekly thorough professional cleaning occurs regularly, including sanitizing of high traffic/touch areas.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our home is located on Mt Beacon, 1/2 mile below the Melzingah Reservoir, along a lightly travelled, easy hiking trail. Our 900 sq ft Open plan main floor loft space is contiguous from modern kitchen, dining room, living room to adjacent library & powder room. Front door opens onto gravel path to a paver patio with river views, a pathway to an upper, gravel patio also with river and Mountain Views. Two sets of sliding doors off dining room and living room area lead to a ~450 square ft deck, high up over the local road, overlooking the Hudson River, and our wooded average.

Parking description

Our private driveway will fit up to 10 cars or there is a parking lot within 1 mile that would require paid valet service

General Rules

No smoking indoors or within 25 ft of the residence; use of the kitchen to warm or cool food is permissible; outside catering and service staff are welcome; alcohol or bar set up indoors or outdoors on the premises is allowed; events must generally take place between 10 am and 11pm.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Each house entrance/egress has a motion sensor camera that can be activated as needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
