Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We disinfect the entire studio daily and in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This multipurpose event space can hold 85 to 100 guest at a time. Our space has been perviously used for; Dance practices, Private Dinners, Auditions, Corporate Meetings, Parties, etc. Our building is surrounded by multiple restaurants and a beautiful residential area. Eastpointe is a family community, and a calm peaceful environment

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

General cameras located at the front and the back entrance of the building to ensure saftey for our guest. No recording devices in the bathrooms or changing area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
