Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professional cleaning company hired between every event, and twice a week. Staff cleans all high touch surfaces daily.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Exquisite multipurpose space and event hall located in the industrial SE Portland. Previously home to one of Portland's hottest concert centers, it now houses a bustling dance studio and a variety of special events. The facility includes 7,500 square feet of usable space including a divisible ballroom with a floor-to-ceiling curtain. Rentals also includes two spacious lounges, an adjoining cocktail space and a bridal suite or VIP space. The sweeping open floor plan and minimalist decor allows for maximum creativity in the design of your event. Ideal for art exhibitions, photo shoots, video shoots, weddings, and fundraisers, it adds a contemporary chic ambiance to any affair. Amenities may include projector & screen, overhead lights, tables and chairs for additional rental.

General Rules

No smoking anywhere on the property limits. All current COVID policies must be adhered to. Outside catering is allowed. We provide all bar service, only when event requires bar service. Additional renter agreement must be signed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Interior and exterior cameras are monitoring 100% of the time. Only records video, no sound.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
