This is a stunning newly built 4 bedroom town house finished to a luxury high standard. On the ground floor there is a stylish open plan lounge, dining and modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate laundry room and downstairs bathroom on this floor. Moving up to the first floor there is the main bathroom with bath and shower plus 2 double bedrooms one with an ensuite which includes a large walk in shower. On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms one twin room and a single room. There's lots of potential for this space for both film and photoshoots. Please message with any queries.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
