Mid-Century Designed Detached House in Barnet

An architecturally designed detached house with open plan layout and a stunning full floor master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. An open terrace is accessed down a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The house is decorated in an eclectic mid century style. The house backs onto an unobstructed panoramic view of the country side but is only 5 minutes from the M25. Nearest stations are High Barnet Underground, Hadley Wood and Potters Bar overground. It is the perfect location for a variety of production shoots. Quiet road, good parking, a large wide rear garden with artificial grass so always looks immaculate! Our house has featured previously in The New York Times, Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms, House Beautiful, The Evening Standard house supplement as well as adverts, photo shoots and music videos. If you need to wait for Ubers, please wait for them at the top of the road. ** PLEASE ALSO NOTE , I have four dogs that are well behaved and friendly. I always keep them away from the shooting location in separate areas and so far they have been no problem to any client (in fact a few have used them in their shoots!). However, if you do not want the dogs in the house I charge £50 for shoots from 9am-6pm for them to go to a dog sitter. If you require the dogs to be away for evening shoots (6pm-9pm) the cost is £90 as they have to go overnight. Please let me know if you require this service and I can do a custom quote. Also please be aware that as it is my residential home i will be on site at all times but I am very discreet and will always place myself away from the filming space.
