Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a licensed professional come in between each event to clean and disinfect each space that guests touch frequently .
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
We have a great conference space available for rent , creative environment with a perfect custom backdrop. We have a built in custom sound system , recess lights, and the perfect urban view. We are located in the Bagley district , across from Mary grove College. Our space includes additional spaces for rent such as the lobby and office suites.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
No events after 11pm
No parking allowed past the alley.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
All monitoring devices are on 24/7 throughout the building. There are TV monitors throughout showing the monitor of the cameras during your event.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
