About the Space
Custom contemporary industrial home just 1 mile from the beach. 3800 sq. ft. home sits on private 1 acre lot and features concrete flooring in main living areas, concrete walls, open truss ceiling, 3 roll up garage doors which open to large concrete patio in back of home, and lots of natural light. Very versatile space has been used for photo shoots, cooking classes, yoga classes, small weddings, wedding/baby showers, and small parties. Rental space includes large interior open room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and large concrete outdoor patio (not covered). Large yard with many fruit trees. Upper deck has ocean view. Some equipment is available for rent. Plates/flatware/glasses, kitchen equipment, folding tables, chairs, and outdoor heaters. A vintage Airstream trailer is on property.

Shot documentary interviews here recently. Right from the start, I knew we’d have a great experience at this location. I asked Mary some basic questions through the messaging system and she was extremely prompt, friendly and easy going in her responses. She was super accommodating and flexible as we changed things up on her a million times before booking. The location itself is beautiful and spacious. But for those who know production, it usually comes down to the location rep and how easy they make things for you. Mary made my life easier by being so easy to negotiate and work with. No legal drama on the agreements, rate or anything. I can’t say that for most location reps I work with. Highly recommend!
