Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Every sitting are is cleaned with a disinfectant wipe or spray. The floor is also cleaned with a disinfectant. Hand sanitizer is available to use, whenever someone touches something outside 6 feet of their area.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space
Parties, professional gatherings, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, project presentations. Have cubicle seating on left side and 1 side facing seating on the right side. Quadrangle space in rear, which can be used to setup a gift table, photo section, dance and announcements. My venue has 5 TVs on both sides, comfortable sofa seating, great sound system with microphone and DJ mixer for live DJ.

Parking description
One parking lot on Lucerne Ave and N J Street about 0.1 miles from venue and other one 0.3 miles on 1st Ave S and S K Street. Other street parking available free after 5pm on weekdays and free on weekends.
General Rules
House rules varies by event type. Ask the management about rules pertaining to your event. Customers are not allowed in the prep area which is for employees only. Unisex bathroom in the premises so should be kept clean all times.

Security cameras and recording devices
5 security cameras that cover the whole floor space. 2 in the front 2 in the rear end and 1 in center. They stay on and record video 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
