About the Space
Tucked away and well off the main street, this hidden gem is used by local creatives/entrepreneurs as a photo/video studio as well as a creative space for intimate events like secret dinners & artist workshops. The actual space you will use is a first-floor studio space hidden behind a larger residential property, equipped with a 1,000 sqft paved cobblestone courtyard & cozy back garden patio. With natural light pouring inside and ample variety in both indoor and outdoor areas, this space is ideal for diverse clientele. Located within walking distance of Optimist Hall, Birdsong Brewing, Bird Pizzeria, Rosie’s Wine Garden, the LightRail, and even uptown, we are a space dedicated for people: co-working, private classes, events, pop-up markets, private rentals, and community-filled evenings. At the same time, we are also a place for Small businesses: workshop space rentals, creative community days, business meetings, photography shoots, and more.
