Whether you're hosting a daytime or evening event, the lighting here is one of our favorite things about the space. The paved cobblestone courtyard welcomes you into a front patio, decorated with seasonal flowers and an edible garden (like the ones in small French towns). Inside you’ll find a long working table in front of an 8 ft window (that breathes light & calmness), a full kitchen with an oversized island, hanging bronze lights, and minimal décor so as to not take away from what can be created within these welcoming walls. The wrap around bar, with an indoor/outdoor vintage window overlooking the private back area, is ideal for quiet work, a chat with friends, or the perfect photography backdrop for headshots. An extended outdoor living room out back, paved with Tennessee flagstone and brightened with bistro lights, is ideal for events, photoshoots, or cozy/comfy outdoor workshops. A spiral staircase accents the back patio, leading to a secluded deck nestled in between the trees – very romantic, but serious; zen and inviting. This space is all that, plus whatever you can dream up or envision coming to life here. Located within walking distance of Optimist Hall, Birdsong Brewing, Bird Pizzeria, Rosie’s Wine Garden, the LightRail, and even uptown, we are a space dedicated for people: co-working, private classes, events, pop-up markets, private rentals, and community-filled evenings. At the same time, we are also a place for Small businesses: workshop space rentals, creative community days, business meetings, photography shoots, and more.
