About the Space

This loft was the first modern art gallery in Los Angeles - built in 1932. It's the first place where Calder showed his mobiles on the west coast! With so much history, it's clear why this location is perfect for shoots. It's like you're walking into a fabulous NYC loft in the middle of Hollywood. A gem in the middle of Hollywood. HUGE gallery living room (<1000sq. ft) and massive roof deck. Great location for multiple set ups and epic views. 13ft ceilings. Great natural light. Views of Hollywood sign and Hollywood bowl.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Lovely spot! Hosts were extremely kind and communicative. Am definitely planning to rent here again in the near future. Highly recommend!

This space was perfect for our video shoot. The high ceilings in the living room gave us lots of space to get our high-angle shots. The space was bright, clean, and had great natural light. We didn't need the roof for the shoot, but the views of the hills were stunning and our crew enjoyed taking lunch up there. I would definitely book again!
