About the Space
We are located in Greenpoint with an easy 15 min drive to Manhattan and 5 min walk to the G train at Greenpoint Ave. Our clean and spacious ground floor loft has easy access with a loading gate and elevator. The space is flooded with natural light and huge south-facing windows. AMENITIES - Sound room - Private bathroom - Kitchenette with coffee machine (coffee, tea, and water included) - Seating area with sofa, bench, chairs, and stools - Hair and Makeup station - Clothing rack and hangers - Garment steamer INCLUDED EQUIPMENT - Camera tripod - Mono pod - Seamless backdrop crossbar - 2 x C-Stands - 4 x sandbags - 1 x apple box - Heavy duty clamps - Gaffer tape - Speaker - 8'x8' wall flat on wheels - 4'x8' wall flat on wheels - Seamless paper is free if used as background only, if you need a pull, there is a charge of $15. Please ask if you need a specific color. EQUIPMENT FOR RENT - Sony AS7 ii - various lens + filters - Apurture 300d - Apurture 120d - 1 Softbox - Gimbal - Handycam - Lav mics - Yamaha PA speaker system - Shure S58 mic + stand * Please inquire for other video equipment **PLEASE NOTE** We are a fully vaccinated studio space and there will be a studio manager on hand to assist you with anything you need during your shoot. Our studio is cleaned daily and there will be hand sanitizer and extra masks for anyone that needs it. Set-up and break-down time are included in the hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. Cleaning and rubbish disposal is included as part of your rental, however, we are a small team, please put back equipment and clean up after your use. If space is left unclean and disorganized in an unreasonable manner, we will charge a cleaning fee of $50. ** Minimum 3hrs rental **

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I used this space for a quick shoot of my own and then assisted another photographer’s shoot in the space. Both were great experiences! The host was also very flexible on such a last minute’s notice to book the space which I really appreciate. Natural lighting is abundant and the space is pretty large large. They have all of the other equipment you may need as well. Wonderful studio space!
