A modern rustic 3 bedroom, 2 bath A-frame home located in the beautiful Sleepy Hollow Lake area. This is a luxurious private home that has some outstanding outdoor features including hot tub, fire pit, deck, swing chairs and bbq. It's a home both away from it all yet close to Hudson, skiing, Catskills, Saugerties and more.

Health and Safety Measures
We employ a professional cleaning service to fully clean the house between guests. This includes at minimum cleaning all surfaces, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, etc. In addition, our hot tub gets a weekly professional cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
