About the Space
Welcome to the classic mid-century modern style ranch home with pool, set in the tranquil Flintridge Estates area of La Canada. This property has proven to be an amazing location for previous production and photo shoots! Easy access to freeways for neighboring Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and the greater Crescenta Valley and San Gabriel Valley areas. While a wonderful setting, the property is located in a neighborhood and city quite particular about guests and event activities, which typically requires additional city permits.
