Located in an historic building and part of the Mission Hills neighborhood, which boasts upscale retail and dining alongside quiet residential streets. The studio is full of light from two sets of double doors. Light hardwood floors and white walls offer a clean, minimalist aesthetic while live plants and canyon views from the back balcony invite the serenity of nature indoors. Included in the rental is a restroom/changing room.

Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
