There are windows on the garage door. It can be blocked by covering them. It is the brightest after noon.

The neighbors cannot hear the noise as long as the garage door is closed. It is in a residential street. The thermostat is pre-set and does not make a loud noise.

Ground Floor

You can enter through the gate and load through the garage door.

You can setup a divider and create a space to set up makeup, wardrobe, etc.

1. Thermostat settings in the building are not to be altered. Temperatures inside are pre-set. 2. Please provide all of your own supplies for your event and take them with you as you leave. 3. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is allowed but no illegal substances, or inebriated guests. Food and beverage supplies are not to be left on countertops or floors. 4. All children present must have adult supervision at all times. 5. All publicity for an event must provide the organizing party’s own contacts’ names and phone numbers. Mill City Church phone numbers cannot be used for this purpose. 6. All items brought into the Studio Garage for an event must be removed from the property at the event’s conclusion. 7. Room reservation - use only the room(s) you have reserved. If you plan to use the kitchen facility during your event, you must request it. 8. Non toxic paints or chemicals in the rooms at any time. 9. No open flames or heaters. 10. There are restrictions on decorations . 11. No smoking in the building. 12. No loud music before 9am and after 10pm.

To move the furniture, you must inform the host. You cannot remove wall decorations.
