We Focus our cleaning on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, tables, handles, light switches, and countertops. We ask visitors who are not fully vaccinated to please wear a mask if possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Welcome to The Secret Garden Villa, this house was made for those who enjoy the throwback vibe style while keeping a modern touch. The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, BBQ area, and a big secret garden. Our Villa is in the city but looks and feel like you are far away from it. The house has one of the last remaining murals of Earl Lapan, famous for his Miami Beach hotel lobby paintings. Inspired by the warm hues of Spanish architecture and the coolness of Miami. Enjoy early morning yoga or sunsets from your own personal rooftop terrace. The house features 2 spacious rooftop terraces with pool view, 2 living areas, and a big garden with a calisthenics area, with enough space to record or exercise . The house also features a billiard table and EV charger for those plannning to take their Teslas!

Parking description
Inside the house 4 cars can fit in. Many cars can part in the street, it is free street parking, is not difficult, there are normally 3 to 5 spaces available to park. There are no nearby parking lots to this location.
General Rules
House Rules:
● Guests must show consideration to other vehicles parked in the neighborhood.
● No smoking inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the
backyard of the property.
● No parties or events.
● No unregistered guests allowed or visitors on the property unless authorized. The maximum property
capacity is 8 people.
● No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
● Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
● All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item
removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
● Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable, torn apart or
missing lines and/or bath/pool towels will be charged to the guest.
● Pets are not allowed
● Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
● Don’t forget to lock the kitchen and backyard door. Please make sure you lock the front door when
you leave the property each day.
● Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the
security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Our aim is you ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want you and
guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our apartment.
Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you
wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
Outdoor BBQ grill:
You may use our BBQ if you know what you are doing. Any damage caused in the backyard BBQ area
will be pulled from your deposit. We can provide the cleaning tools to be used after cooking.
Air Conditioning:
The property has an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend setting it to 72 F at your
arrival and adjusting it to the ideal temperature during your stay. Please ensure you switch off or set
to 78 F prior to check out.
Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate it if we could keep noise down after 11:00
pm.

8. Absolutely no jumping/diving

12. Please dry off before entering the house
BILLIARDS ROOM RULES
No food or drinks on table
No sitting on pool table

No smoking over table
No jump or masse shots
Players are not permitted to introduce novel equipment into the game
Be careful not to scratch the walls with the sticks
Use the short cue stick when shooting from the tight corner
Return all accessories to the equipment corner
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are 4 security cameras, 2 in the house entrance, 1 in the pool area and 1 more on the parking space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
