About the Space

*Open layout to create any theme. *Great for birthday parties, baby showers, picnics, cocktail hour, paint & sip, arts&crafts, gender reveals, receptions, performances, Yoga groups, etc. *Mariachi Bands *Pet Pawtys *Nice place to lounge outside with friends. *Well-lit at night with different ambiance settings. *Private bathroom for you & your guests. *Room for a jumper *Mechanical Bull *DJ setup *Video Game Truck (in front driveway) 35feet long *Two 4x4 tables along with 8 chairs available at no additional cost. *Standard 6ft tables(white tablecloths) & folding chairs available to rent ($150flat rate or individually) *Large JBL Bluetooth speaker (please ask in advance so it can be fully charged) *Refrigerator use for cake or another important item okay (please ask in advance)

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Katherine was an AMAZING host to work with! Very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions and messages I sent her way. I used her backyard for my baby shower and everything turned out beautifully! I was able to bring in a tenting company, tables, chairs, my own food, etc. The overall process was really easy and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend for your event. :)

Yes, I would book again.

Had a wonderful time at this space. Rented for my daughters 1st birthday. Katherine was extremely helpful. She shared with me square footage, provided instruction on additional parking available if neighborhood parking was full and greeted hired vendors at beginning of our booking time. The bathroom was clean to perfection, she provided adequate trash bags and cans, paper towels and toilet paper, outlets and extensions, etc. We were able to fit a jumper, sweets cart, a backdrop, 6 tables for 40 guest and a table for food and drinks. Our experience exceeded our expectations and will definitely consider for future events. Please see photos I will provide to host for reference. Event planning done by @interior2thetee

Excellent,Excellent Place to have a small gathering. I had my nephews 2nd birthday with a few friends and family. Katherine was beyond accommodating and the best host ever. I would recommend you book with her if you are having a gathering in the area. Katherine went above and beyond.And the space was spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean and convenient. Plenty of parking and a great neighborhood. Thank you again Katherine. I will definitely be booking again

Yes, I would book again.

Katherine and her sister went above and beyond for our party, the tables/chairs vendor showed up 1.5 hours early and they let them come in to set up regardless! They were super cool about everything and the venue is very cool, we had 50 guests, a taquero, a jumper for the kids, and 6 round tables and 50 chairs and we were all good! I would definitely recommend using her backyard for your next event! She was awesome! Thanks AGAIN Katherine!!!!! See you next time!

Katherine is literally the sweetest, most helpful, understanding person ever, she go above and beyond to accommodate her guests, she makes sure her guests are well taken care of, what a truly beautiful space to rent, the pictures does this space no justice, it’s truly the perfect location to have a event, I will definitely be booking again in the near future.
