About the Space

Theatre, music, video, company meetings, weddings, baby showers are all welcome in the space. The layout of the space is quite decent, about 750 square feet. There are sofas that pull out, theatre and wooden chairs, three six foot long tables and one eight foot long table. We prefer renters who do not want to blast loud music, but we do prefer those who are amenable to a reasonable noise level for bands, EDM, etc. We will help you setup and breakdown. We have hand drums and keyboards to use in the space, as well as many other amenities. We have a sound system, 4 mikes and stands, a mixing console. We also have serving platters that you may use but they must be cleaned afterwards. We also have a kooler, fridge for ice on another level, and many other amenities.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
The space has informational signage including:
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Yes, I would book again.

Amazing venue for a birthday party. As decribed / in pictures. Parama and Steve were great hosts and super helpful! Helped us store some stuff in her apartment upstairs and even warmed it for us!

Yes, I would book again.

Great space! Such a gorgeous setting, we didn’t even need decorations. Just a phone to hook up to their sound system, some food and drinks and we were ready to go! The lighting is amazing and all our pictures came out fabulously. The hosts were very kind. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Parama was always quick to respond. The space was beautiful - exactly as seen in the pictures - and Parama was so kind to stay with us throughout the celebration to ensure that things ran smoothly.

Wonderful space for a small intimate concert. The hosts were easy to communicate and work with. I would definitely book this space again!
