Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean and sanitize every single space in the house after every booking
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules
By booking this property you agree that you have fully read and will follow all house rules, terms, policies and conditions.
By booking you also agree to automatically comply to the immediate termination of your reservation if you or any of your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement.
NOTES
We provide limited paper towel, toilet paper and detergent. Please purchase any additional items you may need when you run out.
We provide limited shampoo and body soap and other amenities.
WiFi instructions are at the property and listed in WiFi instructions.
We are here for you. Please contact us, if you need to, during your stay.
PARKING
No more than two cars in the garage and two cars parked in the driveway.
Please do not park oversize vehicles in the garage.
Please do not block the neighbors driveway or garage.
Please do not leave your vehicle(s) after checkout, your car will be towed.
THE PROPERTY
No Pets. Please do not allow anyone to bring pets in the property.
No Smoking inside or outside the property.
No parties, large gatherings and no more than the maximum number of 8 people without written permission (each extra guest will mean an extra charge).
Absolutely no hanging out outside of the property. It is important to respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
Please do not re enter the property after checkout.
Please do not take any supplies with you, as we are trying to keep rental costs down.
Please do not have any packages delivered to the property as we will not be responsible for any damages or missing items.
FEES
$2,500 - Smoking Fee
$10,000 - Unauthorized Party Fee
$150 - Key replacement Fee
$150 - Remote Replacement Fee (garage or fob..if applicable)
Please let us know if you are booking for someone else. We reserve the right to cancel without refund if you do not let us know that you are booking for someone else.
Retaliation Clause: By booking you agree that you are making this reservation in good will. Also that you agree to NOT damage the property or any of its contents. If in any case you are unhappy because of our rules, consequences, and/or the results of a resolution you will choose to not retaliate. If so we have the right to litigate against you.
*If you break the house rules. You will be asked to leave immediately. There are Absolutely NO REFUNDS IF YOU BREAK THE HOUSE RULES.
