Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned and disinfected after every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our space is adorned with an open concept and high ceilings. A total of 70 guests seated will be comfortable in this 2,000 square foot space. Your event can be reimagined here to gather with your family, friends and partners. Events not limited to small church services, birthday parties, seminars, baby showers, corporate events and book signings can be hosted here hassle free. Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service, affordable prices and a location that beams sophistication. Free ample parking is available.

Parking description
Parking is very important for our clients. Our space provides free onsite parking.
General Rules
This booking requires a $150 refundable security deposit. This fee will be required 14 days before your event and will be sent via Square. If there are no damages and the space is returned as it was received, the fee is refunded in the same method it was received. It normally takes 5 - 7 business days to be returned after the conclusion of the event.
Weekend Event Time Slots:
Day Events: 9am-3pm
Evening: 5pm-11pm
All Day: 9am-11pm
Bookings can be booked in 4 or 6 hour slots. Midday events are available for 6 hours or more (ex. 12pm-7pm)
The hours booked, will be the time you will use for your setup and breakdown. Please consider the time you will need for this to receive the best pricing.
No smoking inside the building. This includes vapes and hookah. The designated area for smoking is 100 feet away from the building.
You are allowed to bring in your own catering.
DJ’s are allowed and must be located near the stair area.
No loitering on the sidewalk.
No selling of alcohol.
No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. NO OPEN FLAMES. Candles must be placed inside vase or some type of container. No glitter.
Clients are required to return the space the same way it was received. All trash and decorations must be removed from premises and no trash should be left outside of the venue. There is an additional fee if this not followed. Mopping and sweeping is not required.

Security cameras and recording devices
For the safety and security of our guests, security cameras are located in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
