Our space is an entire floor of a heritage building built in 1910, perfect for a variety of events. With 2300 sq ft, this space offers ample room for guests to mingle and celebrate. The fully functional large kitchen, multiple entertaining spaces, and office area provide versatility for different event setups. The space boasts a massive 6 ft by 9 ft skylight, ensuring abundant natural light and creating an inviting atmosphere for celebrations. The full-size kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, and ample counter space, adding a touch of culinary delight to your gatherings. Easy accessibility with a passenger elevator and large service doors ensures a seamless setup. High-speed internet, dining plates, utensils, and a large natural wood table are included for your convenience. We focus on every detail, allowing you to enjoy the magical moments of your event. Set up and tear down are a breeze with easy load-in and load-out via elevator access right outside the unit’s double doors. Our Studio Managers will work with you around layouts and space planning to bring your dream event to life. On the day-of we can also arrange for our Studio Manager to be on-site if required to help with any questions about the space. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT: Please coordinate with the studio manager for any and all drop offs and pickups for DAY OF event. An additional fee may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. DOOR MANAGEMENT: High-traffic Events (i.e., large groups or rentals with multiple people cycling in and out during the evening) will require someone from the Guest's team to help manage building access. EARLY DROP OFFS & LATE PICKUPS: Early drop offs of equipment outside normal booking hours may require an additional fee per scheduled appointment. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the day/evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you. ABOUT THE BUILDING: -157 Alexander Street is a charming 3-storey plus lower level character building located in the Gastown neighborhood of Downtown Vancouver. - Classical Revival style brick and terra cotta warehouse built in 1913 for E.W. Cook and Co. - The main floor and lower level are occupied by the Alibi Room, epitomizing Gastown cool with over 50 taps for beer lovers. - The building offers stunning views of Burrard Inlet and the North Shore mountains, exposed brick, operable windows, and beautiful open areas. - Gastown is an internationally renowned heritage zone with cobblestone streets, brick and timber heritage buildings, and abundant historical charm. - The district is home to the city’s trendiest retailers, award-winning restaurants, and top design, tech, and visual effects companies. - Conveniently located minutes from the SeaBus terminal, Waterfront SkyTrain Station, and West Coast Express, with several public parkades nearby. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
