About the Space
This building is a 10 min walk to convention center the heart of downtown San Jose. It has a smart stage and can be easily remove along with all the furnishing if guests prefer empty. All TVs are smart, this location has a setup for open Mic Karaoke however can also be use for photo shoots, conference meetings and much more! Lounge is 2000 sq ft and in back Is another 2000 sq ft of open space that can be use for outside events or just parking for 9 cars.

Jaeson was very responsive prior to booking and even until after booking. He was very accommodating to the point where it felt like you were getting help from a friend (he’s that friendly!). The space was better than imagined! It was clean, big, and private. We threw a baby shower for a close friend of mine here and she felt very special and relaxed because the space was so flexible with our visions. Thank you Jaeson, you’ve helped us with one of the best memories we will remember for a lifetime 😊

Seriously the absolute best host I have ever worked with. Jaeson was extremely helpful and accommodating through all my inquiries. I had my daughters 1st birthday party here and everyone absolutely loved it!! Such a great space I took advantage of the inside and outside since I had a big party for my kid. I was able to fit 1 30ft jumper, 1 10ft jumper, a 20x30ft tent with draping with 8 tables 10ppl per table and a taco truck all in the back outdoor space and it was still pretty spacious. For the inside I had a great DJ, a 14ft backdrop, a 5 foot backdrop for the two tables of desserts, and a photo booth as well as 4 large round tables that fit 10 per table including the two big couches that are already included. Total I was hosting close to 160 guests since I had both inside and outside area. So easy to work with and just made my whole experience wonderful. Everyone had such a great time we loved it. Thank you so much Jaeson.
