About Creative Block Seattle
Our space is full of colors down to the lighting. We also have large store front windows for that natural lighting. We include two lights with diffusers. "It's lit!" That's right! TWO POWERFUL LIGHTS WITH DIFFUSERS (see photos) AND THREE RGB PANEL TOO!!! Everything in the space is yours to use. It's all mobile. Our backdrop wall moves too! The collection of seamless continues to grow, so inquire about the colors you want us to install for your shoot. We have over 12 colors. ...AND YES WE HAVE GREEN SCREEN! (See photos) Plants, couches, chairs, stools, props, etc... So much for you to use for your shoot!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was beautiful and clean with a really cool vibe that was perfect for our team event. Everything was provided, from chairs, cleaning supplies, and the room was set up for us before we arrived. Mark was super accessible and responsive before and during the event!

The space was wonderful! Very cool, tidy, and organized. They already had the lights and drops set up for us. We walked right in, had a fabulous shoot, and left with time to spare. We'll definitely be back again!

Our party of just under 20 people were well taken care of. This space is super flexible and surprisingly photogenic, given the indirect interior lighting. Everything turned out perfectly.

Easily 5/5 stars - 100/5 if I could! I hosted my husbands 30th birthday party at Creative Block. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed for our party. It was clean, a great size for 35 guests, parking was easy, communication was top notch and clear instructions were provided. I can't wait to book this space again for future occasions. Our guests especially loved the two TV set-up for the Mario Kart and Super Smash Bro's tournaments we ran during our party - it was a HUGE hit. Thank you to Mark and the entire Creative Block team!
Easily 5/5 stars - 100/5 if I could! I hosted my husbands 30th birthday party at Creative Block. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed for our party. It was clean, a great size for 35 guests, parking was easy, communication was top notch and clear instructions were provided. I can't wait to book this space again for future occasions. Our guests especially loved the two TV set-up for the Mario Kart and Super Smash Bro's tournaments we ran during our party - it was a HUGE hit. Thank you to Mark and the entire Creative Block team!
The space was fine. It served its purpose. We used it for our wedding rehearsal dinner. Nice speakers. The garbage cans were super dirty and the bathrooms were a shared facility which were dirty and out of paper towels. A couple days before the guy called and texted and wanted us to switch the space because they had someone else coming in and wanted us to switch. I was at work and busy and he kept asking would I switch it to another space. And then after about an hour of that, he said nevermind he had the day wrong. On the day of the rehearsal we were on time with cleaning up and saying goodbye to our friends and had about 6 or 7 more minutes of our time in the space and then two guys came in and said they were there to pick up garbage and then Mark came over and held the door open and our party started to walk out because he was standing there staring at us. I wanted to grab some pics of our friends and my partner and I together during that time but because of them coming in and rushing us everyone felt like we had to leave the space even though we paid for the time and it was still ours to use so that was unfortunate. When I messaged him to let him know that was rude, he offered a photo shoot free for 30 minutes. The moment has passed and I don’t want to come back for photos when I could have had photos the day of our rehearsal in the space we paid for to have the memories that day. No thanks. The whole thing was kind of annoying dealing with creative block unfortunately.

However, they did use the rolling chairs and the lounge couch, which were just right for watching the game on the provided tv’s. The Basketball shooting game was perfect for a teenager’s party too. We will definitely use the space again. Mark was very personable, he answered all of our questions and was beyond helpful. The price was very reasonable, and the location was very convenient. The only thing is that it is in a residential area so your party has to end when the noise ordinance begins. We thought that would be a huge deal, but ending at 10:30 turned out to be a good time.
