Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We appreciate masks being worn to enter and move about the space with removal when eating and drinking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Gallery space is multi-use for meetings or celebrations. There is a vintage bar that may be used for refreshments and a microwave and coffee maker. 2 bathrooms are available. Tables and chairs can be configured for your special event. Stage area includes PA system with a microphone and stand.

Parking description

Free parking for 90 minutes until 6:00 pm. Free after 6:00 and on weekends. Parking garage one block north and west with same hours.

General Rules

General good behavior and politeness as if you were visiting someone’s home. The artwork should not be touched, but there are retail items that are available to examine. A banquet fee may also be required for gatherings. 21 and over if there is alcoholic beverages available and all ages if not.
