Located at a National Historical Landmark, this venue was originally used to store goods transported overseas during WWII and the Korean War. It features views of the San Francisco Bay, polished concrete floors, several small breakout rooms, and a prep kitchen. The space works well for corporate retreats, meetings, and celebrations. It can accommodate 112 people theater style in the main space which does still allow for some mingling space around it. We can accommodate banquets up to 152 people as well. Wi-Fi is available for $20/user/day.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
